How to Make it in America

On thursday me, mikey, dylan, and fig went to check out the han rails in palmyra. Pretty weird spot they're barely knee high and pretty long, and if you go there make sure you bring a sing to cover the big crack at the top. Here's some clips of Dylan and Fig from the spot.

Also a new Washington Lake Montage is in the works, a few tricks are filmed, so no clue when it'll be done. Hit me up if you wanna film some park footy.
Lastly check this out. a Documentary from "How to Make it in America" titled "The Get By" all about New York City skateboarding, by HBO. with interviews with Fred Gall, Gino, Billy Rohen, and Steve Rodriguez to name a few. I'm pumped on it. A New York trip needs to happen soon!

Tenzin Footage

Earlier today Tenzin sent me all his old clips that were supposed to used for the ppfl video, and asked me to put a song to it and post it up. The footage is pretty old, but theres some bangers for sure. The ppfl video never came out, and Tenzin stopped skating for awhile. He's back in the game now, so expect some new footage in the near future. Here's the finished product:

Finally A New Post

It's been a while since the last post, no new clips due to the fact that it is the dead of winter, and were in the middle of a blizzard. Don't expect anything new for a few weeks. Here's a few clips from back in september at a spot in philly including; Joe Warner, Mike Smith, and Joe Friedman.

News from Habitat, Am Guru Khalsa is going pro. He had a part in Habitat's latest video "Inhabitants" and it was pretty sick.
Fellow Habitat skater Fred Gall has a video interview on a site i stumpled upon called shredordie.com he's got a "Free Lunch" segment, telling crazy stories about skating at love, and drunken adventures. Also Fred has a First Look on the thrasher site as well. Also check out his part from the Sub Zero Video "Real Life" from 1994, also featuring, Matt Reason and Ricky Oyola. Keeping with the Habitat theme, check out this video i found of Kerry Getz, from the fuel site called "First Hand", where Kerry talks about his shop, skating, and going back to his hometown to show where he started. Kerry is also featured in a promo for a DVS tour video from Copenhagan. Habitat is also launching a shoe line in the spring. Some of them don't look too bad. Such as this one:
Ex-Habitat Skater and Jersey's Finest Brian Wenning had a new interview with two new clips, titled "Call it a Comeback" on the ESPN site, yea thats not a mistype, that shit is by ESPN.
Wenning talks about how he's back on the grind filming, shooting photos, getting hooked up by etnies. From this interview everything is showing that 2010 will be the year of Wenning, but we'll have to see.
Habitat also announced they are putting out a new video "Origins", So while your snowed in check out "Mosaic" which in my opion is one the best videos, with one of the best teams ever, and "Inhabitants"
